Singer-songwriter Oliver Downes blends instantly hummable melodies with intricate, percussive piano playing and thought-provoking lyrics. With the advent of Covid and the birth of his first child, Oliver’s songwriting has turned away from the cosmic towards matters of the heart and hearth. Expect a high-definition musical passage through the darkness into the light.

Rose Bassett
Rose Bassett, is an eclectic mix of versatile melodies, endearing banter and determined pop-folk genre bending.
Building upon her background in jazz and classical training, Rose brings a powerful and poetic voice to the stage and has worked hard to curate an emotive sound. Based in Naarm, Melbourne,R ose take influence from such artists as Fleetwood Mac, The Staves and Middle Kids, building lyrics through the nuance of lived experience and relatable hurdles. Combining forces with her incredible band, 2022 is set to be an exciting year for Rose with two brand new singles on the way. Moving towards a more mature and refined sound, Rose has teamed up with Australian producer and artist, Gordi, to create what will be her most expressive releases yet.
