Mighty Horse return to their roots, bringing their genre-defying, high-energy live show to Mamma Chen’s.

Featuring veterans of Melbourne’s west-side music scene (formerly of Speed Orange and Roostar), the band will perform songs from their acclaimed double LP Road Movie Dream, alongside brand-new material from their forthcoming album, currently in the works.

Joining them are special guests and longtime mates, local legends The Thongs, a band as effortlessly comforting as a well-worn pair of double pluggers, and the ethereal Chants, the spellbinding sounds of San Diego singer-songwriter Claire Walding who now calls Naarm home.

Expect an evening of outstanding original music, great company, and the kind of atmosphere that only comes from friends sharing a stage.
